About the Role
As a Customer Experience Lead you will work directly with our customers as we continue to grow our brand, answering their questions about everything from delivery times to the best position for napping in our stroller. You will work closely with other Customer Experience Leads out of our Philadelphia office (and, in some cases, remotely). You will also work closely with the rest of our business team to develop and execute creative ideas for improving the customer experience overall.
This is a part-time, flexible role. Our mission is to provide meaningful work and community for new parents -- this role was designed specifically to support this mission.
