About Colugo

We’re building a new kids’ product company for a new generation of parents, starting with our innovative stroller. Our mission is to radically improve the experience of buying kids’ products and put money back in parents’ pockets at a time they need it most. We’re looking for great people to join our team.

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Lead you will work directly with our customers as we continue to grow our brand, answering their questions about everything from delivery times to the best position for napping in our stroller. You will work closely with other Customer Experience Leads out of our Philadelphia office (and, in some cases, remotely). You will also work closely with the rest of our business team to develop and execute creative ideas for improving the customer experience overall.

This is a part-time, flexible role. Our mission is to provide meaningful work and community for new parents -- this role was designed specifically to support this mission.

You will:

  • Deliver delightfully exceptional service through phone, email, and live chat
  • Become an expert on our products and spread Colugo’s mission of community and inclusiveness
  • Think creatively about ways in which we can improve each customer's experience and suggest ways to improve our service, streamline our processes, and better serve our customers
  • Become an expert at our internal customer management system (don’t worry -- it's easier than potty training)
  • Identify and share recurring customer inquiries to various areas of the Colugo team (product, e-commerce, etc.)
  • Jump in wherever needed to grow our brand and further our mission
